- Competition entries open on the 28th of April 2015 and closes on the 5th of May 2015. The winners will be selected from the first five entries received, and the selection of the two winners will be chosen by the Author.
- This competition is only open to recipients of this newsletter who are customers of Liberty.
- There is no entry fee.
- To enter the competition, participants need to submit their answer via email to [email protected], with their name and day time telephonic contact details.
- The winners will be notified telephonically and the prize will be sent to the winner via courier before 30 May 2015.
- Only one entry per participant will be allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
- By entering this competition, the participants and winners agree to be bound by the terms of this competition.
- By entering this competition, winners hereby consent to Liberty publishing their names in the next edition of the Liberty newsletter. No remuneration will be paid for use of winners names in the newsletter.
- The selection of winners by the judge is final and no negotiation or correspondence will be entered into after the closing date.
- No employees of Liberty, associated companies and members of their immediate family may enter the competition.
- Any person, who does not win a prize, will have no claim against Liberty for any prize.
- Liberty reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to amend the rules, or to cancel or suspend this competition.
- Entering into this competition does not create any obligation on Liberty, its agents, employees or shareholders, nor do the participants acquire any rights in law.
- Unsuccessful participants will have no claim or action whatsoever against Liberty as a result of participating in this competition.
